TFREP Media Terms, Scheduling and Licensing Policy

Package Selection and Same-Day Changes

TFREP Media reserves time and resources based on the package selected at the time of scheduling. The full price of the originally scheduled package will be charged, regardless of whether all services included in that package are ultimately performed at the appointment. Same-day changes, downgrades, or removal of services do not reduce the package price. Any services not completed during the original appointment may be rescheduled for a future date. A one hundred dollar service and trip fee will apply to any return visit required to complete previously scheduled services. If a package is changed or downgraded prior to the scheduled service date, only the updated package price will apply.

MLS and Listing Photo Usage and Copyright

All media created by TFREP Media is protected under United States copyright law and remains the exclusive property of TFREP Media. For MLS and residential listing packages, clients are granted a limited and non transferable license to use the media solely for marketing the specific property listing while it is actively for sale. This license does not transfer ownership of the media. It does not allow reuse once the listing is sold, withdrawn, or expired. It does not permit resale, sublicensing, or distribution to any third party. Agents and brokers may not grant permission to others to use the media in any form. Media created for MLS or listing purposes may not be used for Airbnb, VRBO, or any short term rental marketing. Separate licensing is required through TFREP Media Airbnb and STR packages.

Airbnb and Short Term Rental Licensing

For services booked under TFREP Media Airbnb or short term rental packages, clients are granted a license to use the media solely for marketing the specific short term rental property on platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and similar sites. This license is non transferable and does not permit resale, redistribution, or sublicensing. The media may not be used for other properties, businesses, or purposes without written permission from TFREP Media. Ownership of all media remains with TFREP Media.

TFREP Media Usage Rights

TFREP Media retains the perpetual and unrestricted right to use any photos, videos, or media created for marketing, advertising, portfolio use, website display, social media, and promotional materials. Clients acknowledge that TFREP Media may use the media in this manner indefinitely with no additional compensation owed.

Artificial Intelligence and Alteration Policy

Clients may not modify, alter, manipulate, or edit any TFREP Media photos or videos. This includes any use of artificial intelligence, including but not limited to AI image generation, enhancements, virtual staging, object removal or additions, style transfers, or any form of automated processing. Unauthorized modification of media voids the usage license and may result in additional licensing fees or legal action. Written permission from TFREP Media is required for any alterations.

General Copyright Statement

All media produced by TFREP Media remains the sole intellectual property of TFREP Media unless otherwise agreed to in writing. No rights are granted beyond those explicitly stated in this policy.
